ABOUT US

We are a small and close knit team who are passionate about good design and fastidious about beautifully made packaging.

We are meticulous about every detail of the projects we take on, from working collaboratively with our clients on a beautiful bespoke design, to personal attendance on production lines to ensure utmost quality on every single job we do.

We only manufacture our products in Chinese factories that are FSC accredited (meaning they source their paper products from sustainable forests) and who treat their staff ethically. Our colleagues in China are not only our co-workers, they are also our friends. We spend a lot of time together!

When you order from our own range of gift boxes, our team personally checks each and every gift box that leaves our warehouse, regardless whether we have lovingly hand-applied your branding or not.

We believe that this level of attention is the only way to work. And it’s probably why we have won some of Australia’s top packaging awards and continue to work with the country’s leading luxury brands.

ARE YOUR PRICES TRADE PRICES?

Yes they are – we sell our gift boxes in minimum quantities:
Large gift boxes – cartons of 10 units
Medium boxes – cartons of 10 units
A4 boxes – cartons of 10 units
A5 Boxes – cartons of 20 units
Gift Card Boxes – cartons of 20 units
Shipping Carton Packs – cartons of 20 units

 

ARE YOUR BOXES RECYCLED?

All our packaging contains at least 80% post consumer waste (recycled) content. Some of our boxes contain up to 95% recycled materials. Our factories are FSC accredited, meaning they source all paper products from sustainable forests. 

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE GST?

Yes. The 10% GST component of your purchase is automatically incorporated into your shopping cart total at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON HIGHER VOLUMES?

Yes – our volume discount is based on quanities ordered over 100 units. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. Discounts only apply to product value, not brnading costs or freight costs.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY?

No. Delivery to your destination is calculated by postcode from our warehouse in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. Use our handy freight calculator to estimate your shipping costs. Delivery times vary depending on your location around Australia. If you need your stock urgently, please contact us to discuss.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We deliver around Australia. If your delivery point is outside Australia, please contact us to discuss a quote for international freight before making your purchase.

CAN I REMOVE THE RIBBON?

Sorry, no. Our high quality grosgrain ribbons are firmly glued into the structure of the box. If you attempt to remove these, you will leave a damaged slit on the front of the box. We do offer boxes with no ribbons and we will be expanding this range to include more sizes in the future.

CAN I CHANGE THE RIBBON?

Sorry, no. Our high quality grosgrain ribbons are firmly glued into the structure of the box and cannot be changed. If you have specific requirements for ribbon colours or other branding elements, consider contacting us to discuss a bespoke order with the MOQ of 2000 units.

I'VE NOTICED A BIT OF GLUE ON THE BOX SURFACE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our gift boxes are made by hand. We check all our boxes for quality before they leave our warehouse, however due to the hand making process, sometimes a small amount of glue may be seen on the box surfaces. This can be easily removed by wiping a lightly dampened cloth over the surfaces of the box. Take care not wet the boxes excessively, a tiny amount of water applied to a clean cloth is all that is necessary.

CAN I ADD MY OWN LOGO?

Yes – we offer a consultation and design service to supply die cut adhesive vinyl branding for your gift boxes (minimum order 20 units). There are additional fees for this, based on size, colours and quantity. Contact us to discuss the many options and different costs available. Please note, As we are trademarked, all our boxes also feature a very small 'The Box Office' logo on the base. Alternatively, consider contacting us to discuss a bespoke order with the MOQ of 2000 units.

CAN I POST OUT THE GIFT BOXES AS THEY ARE?

No, our boxes are very high quality and rigid but they are no match for the abuse of most national postal services! If you are planning to use our boxes to send your products to customers or friends, they need an extra brown corrugated mailing carton to protect them in the post.

I'VE RECEIVED MY BOXES AND A FEW ARE DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

THE MAGNETS DON'T SEEM TO WORK, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Magnets work best when they are kept together. We use strong magnets on our boxes so you should not experience any problems, but if they do not immediately appear to bond after being assembled from flat-pack, you may need to give them a little time. Magnetism gets stronger upon extended contact and magnets can also be adversely affected by the cold, so let them come up to room temperature, especially if they have travelled or been stored in cold temperatures. Bend the front flap back on itself carefully (towards the inside of the box) as this often helps push the flap closer to the box front when the lid is closed. Close the box front flap and leave for up to 24 hours, the magnetism should increase and the closure flap should be fine. For boxes with ribbons, tying the ribbon securely will also help the magnets to bond with each other.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGNED GIFT BOX?
